Cell Block 9

This is the entrance (from the central guard unit) to Cell Block 9. It wasn't part of our tour and was reserved for "special tours" whatever those might be. As I was reviewing the photos I wanted to submit, I skipped over this one until my wife mentioned the strange shadow in the window on the right. Blowing the photo up you can see that it's behind the stairway, but I'm not sure if it's outside the window or inside. At any rate, it looks like a person with long hair standing there, but our tour was the last one to go through the prison on this day and tour guides are careful NOT to let anyone stray from the group.

Is this a ghost, or just an oddly shaped shadow? You decide.
