Approx 12 inches by 14 inches - ink on Bristol

This started out as a practice sketch for eyes. I was satisf-eyed with the eye I painted so I went on to practice mouths. When I was finished, I realized this would make a really cool face and all it needed was the semblance of a head.

A practice sketch that turned out well, in my own humble opinion.

Wow...really realistic,well, you know...surrealistic. Although I do kind of look like that in the morning.
Seriously, great job.... shading so smooth I though it was airbrush.

Yup-Majority rules the the eye Rules..Very cool- The shading is great and translucient-.. Nice!

Heheh, I was using my own eye as a model. ;)

Thanks for the compliments, it IS airbrush. I used my Iwata HP-B and India ink.
