The Hierarches-Detail I

This is a detail of my painting "The Hierarchies."

This features two prominent characters in any hierarchy - the cruel, yet small-minded individual at the top and the woman/lover who pushes him. She is represented as having a larger head because it's her brains that provide the impetus for his cruelty. Together they have ruled many a company with an iron fist and have used their penchant for total rule to bring many an employee who "didn't fit" to ruin.
