Description
5 feet X 4.5 feet, acrylic on wood.
This isn't anywhere near being finished, but I managed to get the underpainting done and I suppose I'll do this as a series of a work in progress until it's finally completed (when I'll delete the various steps).
I've got the colors in and the first layer of paint down on the various characters in the chain of command. I'm posting some details for you to see the faces closer.

This is pretty awesome, i like the concept 
I obviously know nothing of the subject matter (so please dont get offended by this T^T)
But to me, this gives me so much inspiration around the theme of link and connections, the people are all connected in some way nd gives me the impression that everyone is in the same likeness, or the same position, they are all heads and so one doesnt have more than the other they are somewhat equal
~ but thats just what it makes me think of, it would be interessting to know the actual intentions of the piece.
